The calculators and templates on this site run in your browser. What you type is kept in your browser's local storage so it is there next time, and is never sent to us. These pages use no analytics or advertising trackers.

Company accounts

A security or facility company that uses Ovelit Guard stores its records with us: clients, sites, contracts, employees, rosters, attendance, incidents, payroll and invoices. The company controls that data; we process it on its behalf to run the service. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Guards and staff

When a guard checks in or out, scans a patrol checkpoint or reports an incident, the guard app records the time and the phone's location at that moment, and a selfie at check-in if the company requires it. Location is read only when the guard taps a button; the app does not track guards between taps. Selfies and photos are stored privately and are visible only to the company's office users. Guards can see their own roster, attendance, leave and payslips.

Clients

Client portal users see only their own sites: who was on duty, the daily activity report, incidents marked for the client and their invoices.

Messages

Duty notices, alerts and salary messages are sent by SMS and email on the company's behalf, and a copy of each is kept in the company's message log.

Your rights

Ask the company that holds your record to correct it, or write to hello@ovelithub.com. Account owners can export or delete their data on request.
