Make a printable weekly duty roster with day and night shifts and rotating weekly offs.

Each guard gets a different day off, and the reliever takes that guard's duty, so the post is never empty. In Ovelit Guard the roster is built from postings every morning, the reliever is offered the duty by SMS, and if a guard does not check in the relief pool is texted within minutes.
Doing this every month?
Ovelit Guard runs the roster, GPS attendance, payroll with overtime and client invoices with VAT from the same records, every month, without spreadsheets. Free for up to 15 guards.
