Ovelit Guard is provided by OveliTHub. By creating a company account you agree to these terms.
The service
Ovelit Guard helps you schedule staff, record attendance and field activity, calculate payroll and bill clients. It does not employ your guards, hold your money or replace your legal, tax or labour advisers. Pay rules, tax rates and labour-law defaults are starting points that you must check for your company and contracts.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you enter, for telling your staff and clients how their data is used (including location and selfies at check-in), for paying wages and taxes, and for keeping logins private.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are charged per active employee per month, in advance. A plan that is not renewed falls back to the Free plan seven days after it ends; no data is deleted.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times and back it up daily, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the last three months.
